ACCRA Manufacturing is committed to the
continuous improvement process. We utilize Just-In-Time (JIT) tools to
identify and eliminate waste from our processes. Our Lean Manufacturing
workshops involve everyone in the improvement process. The entire value
stream is involved; ACCRA, our suppliers, and customers. We conduct an average of twenty workshops
a year focusing on the reduction of non-valued added activity. The
benefits of our improvement activities will continue to be a
critical factor in the success of ACCRA Manufacturing.
